OUR DECK PRICING STRUCTURE – GROUND DECK UP TO 2′-6″
Deck construction as per IRC code compliant, proper permitting, insured and bonded, (Board replacement or repairs without extending does not requires permit) based of 16′-0″ x 20′-0″ or 320 sf at ground-level or up to 2′-6″ height deck, built with 2″ x 12″ and joists at 12″ o.c. instead of of 16″ o.c. to avoid bouncing and more stability, use of 5/4″ deck boards, 3″ galvanized screws, hidden nailing, double perimeter rim, positive connection to existing house and lateral tension tensors at corners and every 8′-0″
ESSENTIAL-BASIC
Includes deck construction with pressure treated wood, concrete posts at 30″ below ground, deck platform construction with joists @ 12″ on center flooring built of 5/4″ by 6″ boards hidden nailing and 4″ x 4″ pressure treated post, pickets and handrail, give us a call to give you a free estimate!!
